Holistic nutrition doesn't have to be diet-specific and can change in accordance with someone's needs at any given time.

For example, for women, aligning cycle to the different areas of our life, such as ๐‘œ๐‘ข๐‘Ÿ ๐‘›๐‘ข๐‘ก๐‘Ÿ๐‘–๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘›, ๐‘“๐‘–๐‘ก๐‘›๐‘’๐‘ ๐‘ , work, ๐‘Ž๐‘›๐‘‘ ๐‘™๐‘–๐‘“๐‘’๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘ฆ๐‘™๐‘’ โ„Ž๐‘Ž๐‘  ๐‘๐‘’๐‘’๐‘› ๐‘“๐‘œ๐‘ข๐‘›๐‘‘ ๐‘ก๐‘œ ๐‘๐‘’ ๐‘–๐‘›๐‘๐‘Ÿ๐‘’๐‘‘๐‘–๐‘๐‘™๐‘ฆ ๐‘๐‘’๐‘›๐‘’๐‘“๐‘–๐‘๐‘–๐‘Ž๐‘™ ๐‘“๐‘œ๐‘Ÿ ๐‘œ๐‘๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘š๐‘Ž๐‘™ โ„Ž๐‘’๐‘Ž๐‘™๐‘กโ„Ž and increased productivity.
